Her mother k.s.manjula and her ex-husband g.s.raghu are on one side, while her sister-in-law nirmala widow of amarnath and her son sathwick on the other side. The late actress reportedly left a will and as per its contents soundarya owned six properties besides gold and other assests in hyderabad.
According to sources they shared all the properties in half-half but the legal battle started when amarnath's son sathwick approached a court saying, his right to own property wer opposed by his grand mother who was not honouring the soundarya's will.
The matter got worst when both parties filed complaints in police station and kept petition against each other.
The local court accepted the petition and called for hearing on NOV 2nd.
